This Apprenticeship is for staff dealing with internal or external customers face-to-face or by telephone. Apprentices will learn to maintain a good image for themselves and your business using improved communication skills and the ability to handle conflicts and problems. The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Core responsibilities include providing a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. Your actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation.
